This is incredibly easy, all it requires is some waitin' and some shakin'. You won't be dissapointed.
Ingredients
Zesty Italian salad dressing (fat free is only 5 cal per tbsp)
1 tbsp minced garlic
Italian Shake'n'Bake
1 tsp Parmasean cheese
Optional - 1/4 cup grated mozza.
*You will need a Ziploc bag*
1. Put raw chicken breast in the Ziploc bag, use 2-3 per bag depending on size. Pour enough salad dressing over the chicken to completely smother it. You want this chicken SEASONED.
2. Add two teaspoons of minced garlic to the bag. Mix the marinade by shaking the bag, and leave in the fridge for at least 4 hours. You can marinade the chicken in the morning and leave it all day if desired. The more flavour, the more tender, the better.
3. After this chicken has been soakin' up the flavour for long enough, take out and bread the chicken breasts with Italian Shake'n'Bake.
4. Once the chicken breasts are coated, put on a greased pan and sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top. Finish off with a sprinkle of parmasean.
5. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, serve hot, ENJOY. We know you will.
